- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price, contract to procure supplies and services necessary for Secondary Foreign Language Japanese Levels I-IV. This requirement includes items such as student and teacher texts, teacher resource materials, assessment materials, digital courseware, training, technical support and travel. The Period of Performance (POP) consists of one 12-month base period from the date of contract award with four 12-month option periods. The services will be procured on a Full and Open Competition basis. Specific details will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-07-R-8003. The solicitation will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 13 April 2007 to close 30 days after RFP issue date. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items” and FAR Part 15 “Contracting by Negotiation”. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/. All responsible offeror(s) may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-APR-2007).
