- AMENDMENT 02 The Solicitation closing date has been extended. The new closing date is 31 May 2007 at 4pm EST. In addition drawings have been located for this item and will be sent at vendors request. Please e-mail your request for drawings to jessica.schoenleber@navy.mil and reference the solicitation # in the subject line. Quotes that have already been submitted prior to 5/17/07 can be resubmitted. All quotes, initial quotes and resubmitted quotes, must be received by 31 May 2007 4PM EST. AMENDMENT 01 The Multipurpose Dolly (NSN 1730-00-133-9417) was previously purchased under P/N 215-00303-50. In addition to the contract clauses listed below. The DFAR Clause 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation is added to the solicitation. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number N68335-07-T-0038 is issued as a competitive request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation will be 100% small business set aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS is 333924. (iv) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) are for a qty of two (2) Multi Purpose Dolly Assemblies (NSN 1730-00-133-9417) CLIN 0001. (v) All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with FAR 52.52.247-9510 Preservation, Packaging , Packing , and Marking for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirements. Items shall be packaged separately with MILSTRIP Marked on container. Delivery shall commence as soon after contract award as possible. FOB Origin.
