- This is a request for quotation for commercial items to be acquired under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued unrestricted under NAICS code 511210. The contractor shall provide the following items on a firm fixed price basis 50 Each Trial Director 5.0 License and 50 Each Trial Director 5.0 Annual Maintenance, the manufacturerer is Indata Coporation. This procurement is for use by the Prosecutors and Defense Counsel at the Office of Military Commissions. Award will be made based on the lowest priced quote for the specific commercial items required. Responses must be submitted via email to the Point of Contact listed below.
