- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 2,200 USF of office space together with 9,800USF of temperature controlled open space in the Ft Walton Beach/Niceville area. The offered open space must be capable of storing 3 large vehicles, equipment and supplies. The open space must have access through 3 overhead bay doors as well as a door to the office space. The offered location must provide 40 surface parking spaces for visitor and employee use. The lease must be fully serviced and the term will be for 10 years, 5 firm commencing on or about October 1, 2007 with the Government having cancellation rights after the firm term of the lease. The space must be contiguous space located on the ground floor in a Class A office building; Class B buildings may be acceptable if it is fully upgraded and has undergone a first class modernization to the building. The offered space must meet the Government's requirements for Fire Safety, Security and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government will not accept any offered space that contains Asbestos or any space that is located within a building that contains Asbestos. The Government will deal directly with only owner/owner representatives. Due to time constraints new construction will not be considered at this time.
