- Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and technical expertise to replace existing carpet with government provided carpet for U.S. Bankruptcy Court courtrooms and other areas of the Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 90 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be available on or after May 30, 2007. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing, including your street mailing address (for FEDEX), telephone and fax numbers, with reference to(GS-09P-07-WK-C-0028), to the attention of Annette Lakes, at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Suite 3124, Los Angeles, CA 90012 by mail or by faxing your request to 213-894-3473. Site Visit: June 12, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Proposals due: June 22, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. Neither cameras nor cellular telephones with built-in cameras are allowed on federal property.
