- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,700 rentable square feet in Durango, CO within the following delineated area: Central Business District of Durango, CO. The space should yield a minimum of 5,835 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Parking requirements are as follows: eight (8) covered spaces. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. All space must be contiguous on one floor and the site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Proposed office space is required to be located in a secure building within a professional surrounding conducive to office use.
