- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) is exploring options for upgrading and modernizing four conference facilities within its headquarters building. Included are the second floor amphitheater (2700 square feet); fifth floor executive conference room (555 square feet); and two general use sixth-floor conference rooms (837 square feet each). The focus of this effort will be the audio/video capabilities within the rooms, including but not limited to items such as televisions, monitors, screens, data projectors, audio systems (wireless and wired), video-teleconferencing, and lighting. The OTS is conducting a site visit Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 10:00 A.M at 1700 G Street, NW, Washington, DC 20552. This is market search for the purpose of identifying sources capable of providing commercial off the shelf video/audio teleconferencing equipment and services to upgrade and modernize the OTS conference facilities. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit. If this procurement is competed, no additional synopsis will be published and a request for quotation will only be forwarded to the vendors who attend the site visit or respond to this Notice. All parties interested in attending the site visit are required to contact Frank Brocato at 202-906-7092 by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 22, 2007 to register for the site visit.
