- This requirement is for the procurement of 14 various configurations of Gate Valves manufactured IAW NAVSEA drawing 803-1385714. The resultant award will be a firm fixed priced IDIQ contract for five (5) base years and five (5) option years. This requirement is part of the HM&E Standardization Program. It will allow for DOD activities and Commercial Shipbuilders under Navy Construction and Maintanence contracts to order from the resultant contract. Proposal evaluations will include Best Value Factors of Price and Past Performance (delivery and quality). This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. A Bidder's Conference is scheduled for Wednesday June 6th at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg West, 5401 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg PA, Telephone (717) 697-0321.
