- FISC, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Div, in accordance with FAR 6.302, intends to procure, on a sole source basis with Cameron, the following items: 1) Three (3) inch B4 Grove ball valve, 1500 lb flat face flanges, face to face dimension 18 inches +/- 1/16 inch IAW ASME B16.10; Qty = 8 each 2) Shock certification IAW Mil-S-901 3) Engineering drawings 4) Certification data; 5) Shock test report 6) Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) 7) Technical manuals 8) Four (4) inch B4 Grove ball valve, 1500 lb flat face flanges, face to face dimension 25 inches, +/- 1/16 inch IAW ASME B16.10 9) Shock certification IAW Mil-S-901 10) Engineering drawings 11) Certification data; 12) Shock test report 13) Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) 14) Technical manuals A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332911 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Inspection and acceptance shall occur at destination. The solicitation number is N00189-07-T-N125. The closing date and time for receipt of offers is June 08, 2007; 4:30 PM (Local Time).
