- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)]. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Versant Corporation, 6539 Dumbarton Circle, Fremont, Ca. 94555, for 11 EA of Fastobject T7 JDO Runtime production licenses, Part # R-WIN067000-000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-07-T-0194. All quotes received within seven (7) days after the state of the publication of this combined synopsis/solicitation will be considered by the Government. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Gove rnment not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
