- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Team Service Corporation of Baltimore, Maryland . The contractor is to furnish, service and install 9) AC Technology (brand) Variable Frequency Drives (VFD?s). The new VFD?s shall be replacements for six (6) existing Danfoss Graham, VFD?s. Team Service Corporation of Baltimore, Maryland is the only factory authorized local distributor for the subject product that provides sales , installation and service. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
