- In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents a formal public announcement of the performance decision from a Streamlined Competition for turf management in the five parks of the metropolitan area of the NCR. The competition disclosed that the cost of in-house (Government) performance was less than the cost of contract performance. Therefore, a solicitation will not be issued.
