- W52H09-07-R-0205 now estimated to be issued on or about 11 June 2007 as a 30% Partial Small Business Setaside. The Government intends to make a single award against the non setaside portion (with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 15,998 weapons) whil e intending to make two awards against the setaside portion, with each Small Business awardee receiving a guaranteed minimum quantity of 3,428 weapons. The Government intends to award 3-year IDIQ contracts from this solicitation. Industry will be expected to price both the Joint Services M16A4, NSN 1005-01-383-2782, PN 12973001 and the M16A3 Rifle, NSN 1005-01-357-5112, PN 12012000. Additionally, industr y will be required to price the Handle, Gun, Carrying NSN 1005-01-465-0401, PN 12951011 as part of the estimated outyear requirements against a stand-alone Contract Line Item. Note 2 applies.
