- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date for response to the solicitation to June 18, 2007 and to change to contract type from basic plus four option years to a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, with ranges from 1,000 minimum to 47,000 maximum, per year, for the L96A1 and the L97A1, each. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source, 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to PW Defence, LTD., Derby, United Kingdom. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for downloading on May 18, 2007. Instructions for downloading the RFP are as follows: go to http://procnet.pica.army.mil click on Business Opportunities, click on solicitations, scroll down to W15QKN-07-R-0104, open the notice, and at the bottom of the page click download solicitation. Also go to Attachment to Solicitation, click on Section_J_attach.zip, to download attachments. All other conditions remain the same. See numbered note 22.
