- The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) Joint DoD Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II)Program Office (PMA 203) expects to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to suppo rt the MRP II Program Office Support requirement summarized below. This is a pre-solicitation notice. An amendment to this notice will be posted announcing when the solicitation is released. The solicitation will be posted on or about 9 Jun 2007. This is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 541611, size st andard is $6.5M. The requirement will be made under FAR Part 12, Commercial Item. The Government anticipates award of single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will include a hybrid of firm-fixed-priced (FFP) and time-and-materials (T&M) line items. The anticipated period of performance is a base pe riod of 12 months and four 12-month option periods. The anticipated start date is 7 Aug 07. The contractor shall provide NAVAIRSYSCOM MRP II PMA 203 with analytic and technical support in the following areas: acquisition / project management, contracts planning and execution, contract administration, program management, systems engineering, finan cial management, acquisition management organizational realignment, portfolio management, logistics lifecycle management and reporting.
