- The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a metal building and provide site and utility improvements at Training Area 259 (TA 259) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Construction details, Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings will be provided when the formal solicitation is released. Solicitation to be released on or about June 4, 2007. The project range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Contract must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be provided in response to written request only.
