- The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a metal building and provide site and utility improvements at Training Area 61 (TA 61) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Construction details, Statement of Work ( SOW) and Drawings will be provided when the formal solicitation is released. Solicitation to be released on or about June 4, 2007. The project range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demo nstration Program. Contract must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be provided in response to written request only.
