- Description
- This is a combined solicitation synopsis, Request for Quote, for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 611710: size standard is $6,013,540. Air Force Reserve Command Surgeons Office, through Dobbins Air Reserve Base (Marietta) Georgia, is soliciting Request for Quote to provide Online (web based training media) Continuing Education / Continuing Medical Education for geographically displaced personnel. Programs will award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for medical disciplines associated with the training. Subject areas considered include, but or not limited to, Medical Administration, Physician, Nurse, Nurse Aide, Medical Records, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietary, Emergency Medical Technician, Social Work, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Patient Education and Dental services disciplines . Access to training through the World Wide Web is required. It is anticipated that 1500 End User License Agreements (EULA) will be needed. Each EULA will allow unlimited access to training materials listed in the contract agreement for a period of six months from the date of the contract award. DPAS rating is S10. All responsible sources shall submit a written quotation to 94 CONF/LGC, 1538 Atlantic Avenue, Dobbins ARB, GA 30069-4824, which will be considered. Proposals must be received by 29 May 2007. Quotations can also be faxed to 678-655-5612. All quotes shall include all applicable referenced documents. Anticipated award date is 1 June 2007.
