Description

VISN 19 Medical Centers and CBOCs need a standard Hematology Analyzer(s) to conduct a variety of tests on a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) basis for our patient population. Offers will be accepted and a Blanket Purchase Agreement awarded only to a vendor who provides such testing on CPRR basis through a Federal Supply Schedule contract for Schedule 66 III - Category 605 - Clinical Hematology Analyzers. These Contractor will provide analyzers and supplies to each facility in accordance with the estimate given in the Statement of Work. Participating VISN 19 Medical Centers and CBOCs are located as follows: VAMC Grand Junction, Colorado VA Montana Healthcare System, Ft. Harrison (Helena), Montana VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Billings, Montana George E. Whalen VAMC, Salt Lake City, UT VAMC Cheyenne, Wyoming VAMC Sheridan, Wyoming The Solicitation is expected to be published on Wednesday, May 23, 2007.
