- VAMC Bay Pines, FL intends to sole source to Pharmaconomics, Inc., the only known company that can provide a complete turn-key solution to meet the requirements set forth by the USP in Chapter 797 for compounding sterile preparations (IV) and documentation in the Pharmacy Service area. This effort is to include constructing clean rooms, an ante room, and gowning area, provide a temporary clean room while construction is taking place, implement application of Osiris 797 software program with anaysis and action plan, development of quality assurance plan, and onsite training with a perpetual software maintenance agreement of five years. Pharmaconomics, Inc. is the only known company that can provide the complete turn-key project with the required software, documentation, and onsite training that meets the needs of VAMC Bay Pines.
