- ********* SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ********* RFP # VA262-07-RP-0030 - - CHANGE OF SOLICITATION NUMBER & POC ANNOUNCEMENT - - VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System -(VA GLAHS)- requires a contracted Capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The awarded contract will consist of one Base Year term and two (2) one year renewal Options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Market Research indicates that there is NOT sufficient Small Business participation to allow for Set-Aside. If response to this notice shows otherwise, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will reserve this opportunity for Small Business. NAICS is 621498, Size Standard $9.0 Million.- - - ## This solicitation is for CAPITATED COMMUNITY BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC -(CBOC) - in the Oxnard California area, at a monthly per patient, all-inclusive rate. The contractor is to provide turn-key Primary Medical Care Services at your own facility, with your own staff - provided to Veterans ONLY, no mixed VA/Commercial services will be considered. VA will staff Mental Health office space within your location, you provide the office space. Estimated need for handicapped accessible, 3,500 sq ft + facility, passing City, State, County, NFPA & OSHA inspection, with parking & access to bus route(s) for service to estimated 4,200 patients in the Oxnard CA area. A contractor with current JCAHO Accreditation is preferred. *All responding contractors must meet or exceed JCAHO standards to be considered*. Participation in this solicitation process requires any contractor to have all licenses, hold all credentials with current, existing place of performance to offer, and have experience in this business activity for a minimum of two years. If awarded, contractor must be able to begin full performance within no more than 30 days after notification of award. The solicitation for these Commercial Services is being conducted according to FAR Parts 12 and 15. ## Interested Parties must register interest and sign up for mailing list ONLINE here at FBO.
