- It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC to negotiate on a sole source basis with Group Health Cooperative, Center for Health Studies, 1730 Minor Avenue, Suite 1800, Seattle, WA 98101-1448 to provide clinical expertise in the costs and complications of bariatric surgery for veterans. All interested firms must submit their written capabilities and qualifications to Contracting Officer (90C), Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 - CAS, 300 West Morgan Street, Durham, NC 27701, by 4:00 p.m., May 29, 2007.
