- This amendment is to extend the due date and time for the submission of optional pre-proposal 'white papers' to May 31, 2007 at 4:00 PM local time. FHWA will provide comments within 2 weeks after receipt of the white papers. This amendment also announces the posting of Questions and Answers. The due date and time for proposals remains June 28, 2007 at 4:00 PM (local time). Refer to the posted Solicitation 01 file for specific submission requirements for proposals. Interested parties are advised to "Register to Receive Notification" to be notified whenever there is a posting to this BAA.
