Description The Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), International Affairs Division (INA) is conducting a Forensics Laboratory Training program at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in Budapest, Hungary. CBP must acquire a set of supplies for the purposes of this training. Offerors shall also specify the number of days After Receipt of Order (ARO) that they can deliver the items to the FOB Destination. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this acquisition and is as follows: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be use to evaluate offers: Item 00010: Will be awarded to the offeror whose offer both meets the minimum requirements as specified above and represents the best value to the Government. Items 00020 through 00520: will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsive and responsible offeror. The lowest price will be determined by multiplying the offered price times the quantities and arriving at a grand total. The Government reserves the right to reject offers that are unreasonably low or high in price. The Government may award item 00010 separately from items 00020 through 00520.
