Description
NSNs & Item Descriptions: 5985-01-218-9940 - Antenna Element; 5985-01-233-9646 - Antenna. Anticipated type of contract is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (ICQ), the total estimated annual quantity for both NSNs is 78 ea. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. Unit of Issue: EA Delivery Schedule: 5985-01-218-9940 180 Days; 5985-01-233-9646 180 Days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps and on DLA's Internet Bid Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on its issue date of June 7, 2007. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5985. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Lockheed Martin Sippican, Inc. (13030). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
