- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA intends to award a sole source purchase order for the lease of a modular trailer. Period of performance is for a one (1) year base period with four (4) one year option periods. Modular trailer is currently leased under contract SP3100-02-C-0016. SON Leasing Corp. is the owner of the modular trailer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 14 days after date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to Julie Metzger@dla.mil.
