Description
Modification 01 Changes the date for the receipt of questions regarding this acquisition from May 16, 2007 to no later than May 21, 2007. The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) has a requirement for a large format flatbed printer system. REQUIREMENTS: All requirements are provided in the solicitation. Note: All equipment and components must be new, not refurbished. Quote must be valid for until September 30, 2007. No exceptions or qualifications. All items shall be priced FOB-Destination, Washington, DC. OFFEROR INSTRUCTIONS: The Offeror response must contain the following completed solicitation documents: 1) Attachment A: List of Requirements; 2) Attachment B: Additional Features/Options; 3) Attachment C: Maintenance Options; 4) Attachment D: Consumable Pricing; and 5) Attachment E: Past Performance. The response shall be submitted electronically via email only to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov (no faxes or mail deliveries). The subject line of the email message shall be 2007-R-040 Flatbed Printer System. Quotations must be received no later than 31 May 2007 at Noon EDT. Contract award is anticipated in June, 2007. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing, no later than May 21, 2007. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to monitor this site for release of solicitation amendments (if any). Telephone requests for information will not be responded to. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical acceptability of item offered, in terms of whether it meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements; (2) Past performance information for the Offeror; (3) Warranty offered; and (4) Evaluated price. Non-price evaluation factors are equally important, and non-price evaluation factors, collectively, are significantly more important than evaluated price. Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAY-2007).
