- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 12,805 usf of office space for HUD in Memphis, TN within the area bounded by the following: North: I-40 South: Union Avenue West: Riverside Drive East: North Manassas Street The government seeks a 10 year, 5 years firm, fully serviced lease with cancellation rights after the firm term. The space should yield approximately 12,805 useable square feet of office space together with 14 parking spaces. The space must be contiguous space located one floor in a modern, Class A office building; Class B building may be acceptable if it is fully upgraded and has undergone a first class modernization to the building. The offered space must meet the government's requirements for fire safety, security, and handicapped accessibility. The government will not accept any offered space that contains asbestos or any space that is located in a building that contains asbestos.
