- Please note that the solicitation document "may" (instead of "will") contain information that has been designated as "Military Critical Technical Data" and the solicitation will identify how (and if) contractors may obtain a copy of any specific portions of the solicitation. Also note that the sole source contractor's (Northrop Grumman Amherst System's) Cage Code is "1L4J7), instead of "IL4J7." The requirements of this acquisition (applicable to Wideband Threat Emitter Kits) can not be contractually awarded to foreign contractors. Except for the changes/clarifications identified herein, all other previously posted information remains unchanged. Reminder: The Government intends on using Integrated Product Team (IPT) Pricing, with the sole source contractor, from the time of solicitation issuance. Therefore, the solicitation that gets posted (electronically) will not be complete, but will only be adequate for immediately beginning IPT pricing with the sole source contractor. The Government will award a bilaterally agreed-to contract (using IPT Pricing) to the sole source contractor.
