- PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STANDARD COMPETITION under Solicitation No. DOL061RP20093 entitled, ?Public Announcement of A-76 Study for Program Support Services (LBU6). A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Employment Standards Administration (ESA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), and Woman?s Bureau?s standard competition in performance of for Program Support Services, (a component of the Other Non-Manufacturing Operations Study announcement)(LBU-6). DOL has completed a standard competition for program support services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003). On May 11, 2005, the standard competition form (SCF) was certified by the Source Selection Authority and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of this function will remain in-house (performance by incumbent Government personnel totaling 59 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs)). In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this standard competition. A copy of the SCF shall be made available upon request. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAY-2007). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 17-MAY-2007.
