- NAICS Code 541990. Water Treatment, Testing and Inspection Services to be performed at six Federal Buildings within the state of South Dakota. Service includes chemicals and monthly on-site testing service for heating and cooling systems located in the towns of Aberdeen, Huron, Pierre, Rapid City and Sioux Falls. Anticipated contract period is September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008, with four 1-year option periods. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued June 1, 2007, with offers due on June 26, 2007. Anticipated award date is July 17, 2007. Security clearances will be required for all workers. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be made available electronically at the FedBizOpps website on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading documents. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. A limited number of paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. Requests for paper copies must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer at PO Box 19, Aberdeen, SD 57402. Fax requests will be accepted at 605-226-7305.
