- The Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center, on behalf of the Inter American Foundation has the need for brand name or equal to toner cartridges for printers and fax machines on an as needed basis. This contract covers a base period and four option years. Models will be posted as an attachment. Please provide shipping costs, estimated delivery time, and any type of volume discounts for each period listed above. All vendors that wish to present a quote shall be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov and per ORCA websites http://orca.bpn.gov or shall submit the hard copy of clause 52.212-3 -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Nov 2006) with your quote. Bureau of the Public Debt will consider responses received no later than 2:00 P.M. EST May 30, 2007. Affirmative responses shall reference RFQ-IAF-07-0003 and shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required supplies. Quotes shall be sent to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov by the date and time listed above. Any questions shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov by Wednesday May 23, 2007 by 2:00 P.M. EST. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
