- This synopsis/solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO in unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Amendment 0001 is issued to modify the requirements of Item No. 0001 as follows: 1.) The audio requirement (Sound Blaster upgradeable 6 channel integrated CODEC) is removed, 2.) A computer case is added as a component. The required case is a 4U Black 19 inch Rack Mount Case that includes a set of 20 inch rails, 3.) A minimum 600 Watt Power Supply is added as a component. The closing date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged.
