- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis to Advanced Simulation Technology Inc., 500A Huntmar Park Drive, Herndon, VA 20170: Eighteen (18) DACS Secure Configuration Upgrade Kits (ASTi Part Number UG-SEC-DACS); Eighteen (18) Secure Compact Flash DACS (ASTi Part Number SEC-CFS); One (1) USB Secure Compact Flash Reader Kit (ASTi Part Number SEC-CFS-RDR); Two (2) Telestra Base Platforms (ASTi Part Number TL-AT-01); Two (2) Co mmunications Modeling Packages (ASTi Part Number ACE-MPL-10800); and Four (4) Audio Distribution Hardware-Ace Communications Units (ASTi Part Number ACU-1U-04). To ensure compatibility with current systems and meet the requirements of the Integrated Warfare Systems Lab (IWSL), these items must be procured from Advanced Simulation Technology Inc. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and award will be made on an all or none basis. The closing date is 24 May 2007. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 90 days after receipt of order, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. No deliveries will be accepted on Federal holidays. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
