- THIS SOLICITIATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation and equipment required to: a) Pickup D7G Dozer located at Joe Williams Field, Kemper County, Mississippi, breakdown Dozer and provide detailed cost proposal for repairs. Determination will be made by Contracting Officer to order repair costs as detailed on cost proposal. If repairs are not made, Contractor will return D7G Dozer to government. If repairs are ordered, contractor will perform repairs and ensure D7 Dozer is in working condition and return to location specified by government representative. Contractor must designate location for performance of repairs and location must be within 150 miles from NAS Meridian, MS. At no time should equipment leave that 150 mile radius. Solicitation contains past performance requirements as stipulated under Section M. The entire solicitation is available for viewing and downloading at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the web site. The official plan holder's list will be maintained and can be printed from the web site. Amendments will be posted on the web site for downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, IT IS THE OFFEROR?S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Contractor must be registered and active in CCR in order for award to be made.
