- This presolicitation synopsis is subject to changes) Red River Army Depot, an ISO 9002 certified U.S. Army Depot has a requirement for a small business contractor to cover the work, material, equipment, and controls which will be required to provide , install, and make fully operational 2 but not to exceed 3 EA separate Active Vehicle Barrier (AVB) systems at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. All Contractor-Supplied tools and equipment required for execution of the contract shall be complete l y compatible with all required Government facilities a nd utilities.The equipment will be installed at 2 but not to exceed 3 RRAD Access Control Point (ACP) locations, as follows: 1) The RRAD Main Gate, 2) The RRAD West Gate, and 3) The South Perimeter ACP Gate (optional). RRAD is located approximately 18 miles west of Texarkana, Texas via Interstate Highway 30. The contractor entrance to the depot is located .3 miles south of exit 206 and .2 miles east on U.S. Highway 82. Site visit is highly recommend ed. This procurement will be Total 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
