- D - The Government intends on procuring the services to provide Tactical Communications Systems Integration; Vehicular Communications and Electronic Systems Integration; Aircraft Communications systems (commercial and military) Integration; Airborne Tactical Communications Systems Support; Roll-on en-route communications and electronics Systems to support tactical missions for the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) at Fort Bragg, NC. The subject procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted c ompetitive procurement. The Government intends to make multiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity performance-based type service contracts with provisions for Cost Plus-Fixed-Fee and Fixed Price delivery/task orders. Award will be mad e on a best value basis, considering cost, corporate experience, past performance, personnel qualifications and other factors. The period of performance will be a base year and four (4) one-year option periods for each contract. Potential offerors shall submit email requests to jamie.kiser@tao.army.mil for a copy of the solicitation, no telephone inquiries for the RFP will be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency in response to this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 541430 with a size standard of $6.5M. A preproposal conference will be held during the week of June 18 22 2007, additional information will be found in the solicitation concerning the conference.
