- Amendment 0001 is issued to answer the following questions: 1. Approximately how drawings/maps/oversized documents are there in each box? Each binder contains at least 3-5 maps and overlays. Each box contains anywhere from 3 to 6 large binders. 2. Will they all need to be scanned in color? If maps and any documents are in color, we want to keep their integrity and have them scanned in color. This applies especially to maps which have colored legends. 3. How many Document sets are there i n each box or how many are there all together? 527 boxes approx 1,581,000 pages of documents. 4. How many tabs per box or per document set or in total? Boxes vary in size. Approx paper count of Documents per box equals out to be approx 3,000 pages. A ll boxes are full, but vary in size due to binder sizes. 5. If estimates are not accurate can we invoice for additional amounts on a unit basis? No 6. Can we deliver DVDs instead of CDs? CD's or DVD's will do, that will be vendors call. 7. What would you estimate as to the number of color and oversized documents? Estimate would be 5-10 oversized documents per box times 527 boxes. 8. What would you estimate the percentage of documents needing the document preparation? I would say 100 percent, document will have to be unbound and rebound in its Original holder or folder, Create separate electronic folder for each document with a distinctive name of the document ie. Letterkenny Army Depot, Final Repo rt number, date of document etc. There will Be very little metadata required, but we will need to find the document by its distinctive name etc. All documents and maps will be OCR'd in pdf searchable format. 9.
