Description
NSN: 2840014819275JFJF, P/N: 1805M65G01, Noun: SHROUD SEGMENT, TURB Description: The shroud is a flat shaped segment with a 30 degree arc with two machined flanges on the forward side and one machined flange on the aft side. Function of the shroud is component of the second stage LPT Nozzle Assy and prevents excessive exhaust gas leakage for efficient turbine operation. Dimensions: Approximately 9 inches in length by 2 inches wide by .25 inches thick at its widest point. Material: Combination of RENE 80 and B50TF219 CL-A Honeycomb material. Application: F101-102. Destn: FB2039,Tinker AFB,OK.,73145-9013. Qty: 248.0000 The issue date of the solicitation will be approximately 15 days after release of Synopsis. The anticipated award date will be 60 days after close of the solicitation. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. First Articles may be required. At the time of solicitation release, the solicitation/procurement data will be approved for release through FedTeds.gov to qualified contractors as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121-128. An export License is required for release of any technical data relating to this contract to any foreign entity (See 22 CFR Section 125). Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
