- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is requesting quotations from existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Government Contractors in Group 65, Medical / Dental Equipment, SIN A-50A, physiological monitors for replacement / enhancement of our patient monitoring and telemetry system. It is the VA's intention to solicit quotes and award a contract on a competitive basis under the authority of FAR Parts 8, 12 and 15 for overall best value to the Government. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision and supplies to meet the terms and conditions of this contract in accordance with the statement of work. Offeror are required to provide a copy of their terms and conditions for those items they are quoting on their existing Federal Supply Schedule contract. Open market items (such as for installation and training) will adhere to the terms and conditions defined within the solicitation. Offeror must identify what items are on Government contract versus open market. This procurement is for full and open competition among the FSS sources. NAICS Code 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, Size Standard: 500 employees. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) and award will be based on experience/past performance, technical specifications, training/maintenance and cost/price.
