- Sterilizers This is a re-publication of a notification previously posted in January 2007 as solicitation VA-600-07-RP-0030MS. The VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to enter into a sole source contract with Belimed Inc., 13840 SW 119 Avenue, Miami, FL. 33186-6280 under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services shall satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14 a justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 and the Small Business Standard is $6.5 million. Request for Proposal Number is VA-262-07-RP-0059LG. This is a sole source requirement with Belimed Inc. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for period of one year with base year performance commencing approximately June 1, 2007 through approximately May 31, 2008, and four (4) one-year renewal options. The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and repair services for Belimed Sterilizers (3) (Models 606VS1, 9-6-15HS1) Washer Sterilizers (4)(Models WD230, WD250) Cart Washer (1) (Model Magelis) Conveyor System (1) (Model SM3100) and Steam to Steam Boiler (1) located at VA San Diego Healthcare System 3350 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, CA 92161.
