- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is R-OPC-23151. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Ginnie Mae's objective is to obtain contractor services to provide a full range of loan servicing and management services when Ginnie Mae defaults a manufactured housing issuer or transfer a previous defaulted portfolio(s) from another master subservicer.
