- ISSUE DATE: 06/04/2007. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the removal and disposal of the existing underground heating oil piping and provision and installation of new double-wall piping, leak detection system and related incidental work. Work is located at Bldg. 216 at the USCG Sector New York, Staten Island, NY (Richmond County). The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 6/04/2007. The tentative date set for receipt of price quotations is 6/26/2007 by 4:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 238290 and the size standard is $13.0 million. Estimated performance time is 105 days after issuance of NTP.
