- Solicitation for NSN 5975-01-390-2528, 0014665403, Junction Box, I/A/W Drawing NR 12579607. DSCR does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Mailing address is Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VABA, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway,Richmond, VA 23297-5615. Fax Number is (804)279-4946. Please do not submit requests for Technical Data to the Acquisition Specialist. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a 100% Quantity Option. this reuirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures for a long term contract. However, a copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB is Destination to New Cumberland, PA and to Tracey, CA. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. QCC is DAB. 100% Set-Aside for small business. An Export Control Bidset exists for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on approximately 08/14/07.
