- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USPFO for New Mexico has a requirement to procure the following: Line Item 001: Qty: 50 EA, MFG: TACNOLOGIES; MODEL: FX9002; FACIAL PROTECTIVE MASK; Line Item 002: Qty: 05 EA, MFG: TAC NOLOGIES; MODEL: FX9000; SIZE: S/M; PROTECTIVE THROAT COLLAR; Line Item 003: Qty: 45 EA, MFG: TACNOLOGIES; MODEL: FX9000; SIZE: L/XL; PROTECTIVE THROAT COLLAR; Line Item 004: Qty: 50 EA, MFG: TACNOLOGIES; MODEL: FX9000; TYPE: MALE; PROTECTIVE GROIN GUARD; This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912J3-07-T-0012. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acq uisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, 22 March 2007. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423910, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. This procurement is a small business set-aside.
