- Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the following items in support of the Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance/System (ILARTS) as follows: Four (4) Camera Assemblies; twelve (12) Camera Module Assemblies, and ten (10) Distribution Amplifiers. ILARTS is a completely integrated system of electronic pictures and sound recording, designed to monitor and simultaneously record aircraft launching and landing operations under day and night conditions. It is also used to play back the recording for the post flight analysis and evaluation and will be used for investigations in the event of an incident on the flight deck. This procurement contains Technical Data subject to Export Control Laws, see note 8. This Solicitation is set-aside 100% Small Business, see note 1.
