- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to issue a sole source modification to existing contract N65236-04-D-7094, which was awarded on a sole source basis, to Tecolote Research Inc., Goleta, CA. The contract expires 30 September 2007. The contract provides services to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Cleveland (DFAS CL) Program Management Office Implementation and Program Support. Tecolote develops, maintains, and analyzes program management plans, reviews and analyzes deployment site business processes, applies existing implementation tools and develops new tools as needed to support data conversions. Tecolote uses their proprietary/copyrighted Automated Cost Estimated Integrated Tools (ACEIT) as one of the key Program Management Tools used in support of the Defense Working Accounting System (DWAS) Program Management Office (PMO) acquisition management requirements. The proposed modification is for a ceiling increase of approximately $256,527.00. This is not a request for proposals.
