Description: Invitation for Bid, Sealed Bid (Issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside) is for comercial construction services to Renovate 14,000 SQ.FT. of office space,Building 288, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, and to upgrade of the HVAC System, replace suspended ceiling, provide demountable partitions, construct VTC Conference Room and SIPRNET Room, upgrade Fire Alarm System, and Telecom upgrade. The above will be in accordance with Government Drawings. Request for copies of Gov't drawings and Solicitation are ava ilable and should addressed to Mr. Art Greenspan, via e-mail, to Arthur.Greenspan@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. When requesting the Solicitation and DRGWS please include your companies name, complete address, (NO PO BOX #s) your FED EX NUMBER, TEl #. and FAX Nu mber, with your e-mail request to Mr. Greenspan. Please be advised that the CERTS and REPS and Offer Guarantee will be required at time of Bid Opening on 2 August 2007, at 2 PM. The magnitude for this effort is $500,000-$1,000,000.00) IAW FAR 36.204. Contr act Award is subject to the availablity of funds. The period of performance for this effort is 160 days. Liqudated Damages will be assessed at $200 per day for any unauthorized schedule overruns. The contractor will be required to provide a construction pe rformance schedule, (MS Project Format) and a Schedule Of Values for Progress Payments prior to the start of work.
