- Description
- Contractor shall provide one (1) X1100 cross-drive transmission test stand to be located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. The test stand shall be designed, fabricated, and installed by the contractor with all functions, capabilities, site p rep, and equipment. The Contractor shall provide the resources necessary to design, manufacture, install, calibrate and demonstrate the functional operation of one (1) transmission test stand to test the X1100-3B cross-drive transmission. The contractor shall design and install a new X1100-3B transmission test stand complete with any isolation transformer(s), harmonic filtering, voltage regulator(s), adapters, cables or other hardware required to completely mount, connect and test the X1100-3B transmissio n. The test stand shall be configured and designed for installation. The contractor shall provide all equipment and building modification needed to meet all requirements of this scope of work. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 15 JUNE 2007, 9:00 A.M. LOCAL TIME. Contractors must view the Anniston Army Depot Website below for further information. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 334513, with a size standard of 500 employees. Vendors may download an electronic co py on or after issue date by accessing https://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 5 JUNE 2007. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Govern ment is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure t o obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date of closing may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejections of your quote.
