Description

Contractor must furnish labor and materials to complete Life Safety Corrections. work includes but is not limited to general construction, alterations, limited site work (roads, walks, grading, drainage), mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction as required by the specification and drawings. Performance time is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. The NAICS Code is 236220. This project is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) within a 600 mile radius from Big Spring, Texas. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. In order to receive a copy of the solicitation package, you must fax your request to (432) 264-4887 or email your request to beverly.atwell@va.gov. No telephone requests will be honored. The solicitation package will be ready to be issued on or about May 24, 2007.
